So that I’m a sophomore student, and I’m kinda on the situation where I really miss my school-time, cuz’ I’m kinda sick with all of those college stuffs!
And here I am, I wanna talk about the thing that I would never forget about my high school.. ;D
Actually my high school time was less interesting than my junior high school time, but still..
Everybody’s saying that you grow up in high school, so yeaah, I guess I admit it, about growing up in high school! >.<”
Even though sometimes I was like, “Oh, shoot.. I used to think when I got older, the world would make more sense. But you know what? The older I get, the more confusing it is to me. It’s much more complicated than I thought it was when I was younger..”
And here’s the thing, that I think memorable enough to remember about my high school time..
1. THE TEACHER(s)
So, I’ve got this silly teacher..
He was my economic’s, and he’s named Mr. Matje! ;D
He has that distinguish moustache, that makes reminds me of Super Mario.
And he always used that stick to help him walk, even though I’m so sure 100% that he could walk with or without that silly stick..! ;p
So, he’s got that silly look, and he’s so funny that he always talked about funny and silly things..
Sometimes I was like, “Oh please Sir, you can’t make me laugh over you when the fact that you’re my teacher..”
He always got those kind of silly jokes that you’ve just heard for the first time, and then you just rolled your eyes when you heard that, beside you whispered, “Oh,yeah.. Right, okay!”
But, the most interesting about him, was that he could be funny and discipline at the same time..
He always had those rules that absolutely weren’t made to be broken, cuz’ he wouldn’t let you to break the rules! ;)
For example, he never tolerate about the lateness..
When he entered the class, he would close the door, and whoever that’s after him, didn’t allow to enter the class if you know what I mean! :P
And if somebody beg him to enter the class, Mr. Matje just waved and blowed kisses to those people..
Man, this teacher really is one of a kind! ;))
The other teachers were good too, some of them were annoying..
But then, guess I had to face it that so many difference that people had, right?!
2. THE BUILDING
Oh, yeah..
I went to the public school, so my school didn’t really have that magnificant building that you’ve always dreamed of, but then..
My school was renovated because of the new headmaster, and it was GREAT! x)
Also, about the fact that my school building has so much GHOSTS there!
Yeah, I tried not to believe about those rumours, but then..
I was starting to be those kind of superstitious people, so yeah.. I do believe it til now!
Queer, huh? -.-”
3. FRIENDS
So that I told you that I went to that public school..
I found that people are different with each other!
It’s so amazing that I could find some annoying friends that always borrowed my pen (or my money!!! darn, i can’t believe that they still owe me money and the fact that they never pay me back til now! i supposed to have MUCH money.. :| ), but never get it back to me..
And those students that always skipped the class..
And I was the secretary for God’s sake, they always had an idea to call me in the morning, telling me that they were absent for some reasons!
I was like, “Okay.”
But the fact that I wasn’t..!
You know what?
Maybe they were my schoolmates..
But is it fair if I tell you that they annoy me with the way they skipped class, cheat on the exams and blahblahblah? :|
And you know what?
The culture there was some kind of “cheater-will-be” culture..
You cheat everytime you got the exams, or even only a quiz!
For God’s sake, I guess this thing that made me wanna back to my junior high school times..
And everybody always asked me to give them the anwers, and I was kinda really weak to say NO that time..
So I said yes, and I was busted to tell my friends the answers on the exams. SEVERAL TIMES!
What can I say?
I’m not really that good at cheating, so it wasn’t my fault cuz’ somebody begged me for that..
Somehow, I just think that it’s okay that I’m busted if they would stop asking me to give the answers.
But the fact is that THEY WOULD NEVER STOP ASKING ME THAT!
I’m so sick of public school..
And I’m so sorry that public school won’t be my priority if I have children..
4. THE GUARDIAN
My school’s guardian, he’s called Mr. Wawan, he was really friendly..
You know what?
It wasn’t really easy to be a new kid on the new school..
But, Mr. Wawan made me so homey in my new area! =)
Beside that he always helped me about every problem that I’ve got..
He could be in that chit-chat situation with me, that made me feel so homey!
It’s nice, though..
I mean, I never found the guardian that was as friendly as him..
Yeah, this sophomore thingy makes me more thankful about my high school times..
I mean, there are things that we can’t find in the college, the things that we can find easily on high school! =)
It was cool, indeed..
It’s good to know that something’s better than the other things..
GREAT! xD
